TREATING FROWN LINES
Anti-wrinkle injections offer exceptional results for existing frown lines. A few injections into the fine dynamic facial muscles above the nose minimise their activity, smoothing the skin, making it appear younger and line-free.
This treatment can also be used as a preventative measure. While very early use of wrinkle smoothing injections is somewhat controversial, certainly patients in their late 20’s and early 30’s can benefit from subtle injections to prevent the facial muscle movements and therefore delay the onset of lines and wrinkles.
There is virtually no recovery time with anti-wrinkle injections, and you can expect to resume your usual daily activities straight after treatment.
The effects of muscle relaxant injections typically last from 4-6 months. However, patients often enjoy longer-lasting results after undergoing 2-3 treatments.
